Looks like a nice driver for any of you Midwest guys looking for an M. No affiliation as usual.

it looks like no one ever sat in the seats

Those seats do look nice. Must have been owned by a lightweight guy. Unfortunately, my seats don't hold up like that at 6'3'' 220lbs. I have had to replace the drivers seats in my E34's because they twist like crazy.

Probably not much, as they appear to be recovered from the photos.

Justin is right. They've been recovered, and for some reason they didn't feel it necessary to replace the badges on the seats.
One thing that jumped out at me was the clutch pedal. While I am not there to test the pedal, it looks wrong. Normally it's a little higher than the brake pedal. Looks like the bracket is cracked or something preventing the pedal from returning to normal position.

^^^^^ What Justin said. Notice that the M Tech logos are missing from the (recovered, but nice looking) front seats, but appear on the rear seats.
Looks like a pretty solid M5 from the photos and the price is not bad, either, if the mechanicals check out. Would make a nice Christmas present for some Midwesterner
EDIT: Brett beat me to the punch on the M Tech logo point. Nice catch. Brett, thanks for checking on the 2002 for me - just sent you a PM.
