Justin is right. They've been recovered, and for some reason they didn't feel it necessary to replace the badges on the seats.
One thing that jumped out at me was the clutch pedal. While I am not there to test the pedal, it looks wrong. Normally it's a little higher than the brake pedal. Looks like the bracket is cracked or something preventing the pedal from returning to normal position.

^^^^^ What Justin said. Notice that the M Tech logos are missing from the (recovered, but nice looking) front seats, but appear on the rear seats.
Looks like a pretty solid M5 from the photos and the price is not bad, either, if the mechanicals check out. Would make a nice Christmas present for some Midwesterner
