Wow, they are out there indeed!

Showing photos of the underside (especially if the car has spent time in NYS or the Northeast) will be very crucial to seal a deal. If the bottom is generally clean, and runs and presents as you say, I would say this car seems to be underpriced. Neat color, I have seen it also on an E12 also in Westchester...

Very nice car. I think your price is quite low for this. I'm surprised it didn't sell right away. I drive an '88 528e automatic on a daily basis and just love it. These are great cars. Best of luck with the sale,
