Price is too high, IMHO, for a car that's been repainted and needs reupholstering -- unless the repaint is truly exceptional, which is exceptionally rare and can't be determined from photos. And why is it that they never show the driver's side seat bolster? Is it so hard?
And since when do people with "very special" German cars mount Kumhos? They're decent tires for a driver, but if you want to play the "very special" card, this car should have appropriate rubber -- in no particular order Yokos, Bridgestone, Contis, Michelins would be what I would want to see.
And yes, I probably need some more coffee so I am not irritable . . . .
mosportgreen66 -- your 528e, at least to me, is worth this type of money or maybe even more. This car is not. Your car is rare, in terms of originality and condition, and this one isn't.
Just my .02.

We disagree quite frequently but often say the same things and make the same critique. I agree.
Looks just like the interior of my Salmon Silver 535is, including the seat cracks and dash cover. I suppose if mine had half its mileage, and I spent the $$ for a set of 17" style 5s, and moved it to California, I could sell it for more than I paid for it, too. But his price puts you in E34 M5 territory. I still love that color. Let me look out the window again...

So I saw this same car on Ebay and noticed a
front center armrest with the sport seats . Was this a factory part or an add on ? Looks like a nice car . Tia Johnny

I've seen it too but I am not sure. Have you checked realoem? I am kind of curious to see if it is in the accessories section. You never know. But my guess is that it was aftermarket.
Hope all is well with you.
And Phil, us agreeing on something has to happen sooner or later. To celebrate it, if you can make it to 5erFest or a more local event and we happen to meet, I will buy you a beer.

I would highly suggest that anyone interested in this car do a thorough presale inspection as I have seen cars sold through Eurobahn (reference license plates in photos) that have had significant problems and safety issues.
Best,

Check out that funky cold air induction. Is that "Ram Air"? Thunderbolt style? Looks like amateur night at the races.

Throw a set of style 5s on anything and boom! Nice looking car.
I agree about the Kumhos, but they do stick pretty well. I'm a Michelin person myself.
