1988 528e
165k miles
Orginal paint
Straight and rust free
Crack free dash
3.46 LSD
Short shifter (e30)
535is Rear spoiler
535is Steering wheel
Euro lights
Euro bumpers
Short shifter(e30)
Converted to manual
From what I've been told, this is would be a great canidate for a super stroker since it's a super ETA. I believe all that would be needed is a 325i head, manifold, AFM, and ECU. With that it should put out about 180hp and be quicker than a 533 or 535 because of the weight difference.
All parts listed have been bought new within the last year or so;
E30 shifter, euro bumpers, strut bars front and rear, corbeau seats, strut bearings, water pump, oil sender unit, bilstein touring rear shocks and front inserts, upper control arms, lower aluminum control arms, idler arm, tie rods and ends, center support link, sub frame bushings, sway bar links( front and rear) diff mount, guibo, support bearing (not installed yet)
tranny mounts, shift bushings, shift knob, shift boot, window seals, dent and door ding removal, tires, misc. hoses, clips etc. Money I've spent on parts and dent/door ding removal totals over $5000
PO had replaced within six months of me buying the car( I've owned it about two years)
Head gasket
Radiator
A complete new brake system (I think he paid around $2000) have to check reciept
The bad:
The deck lid has a few little dents in it. (I have an almost perfect decklid that just needs paint.)
There is one small dent in the lip of the driver side fender. (I have m-tech flaires that will cover it (they also would need paint
The A/C is not blowing cold. I was working on the dash trying to get a rattle out. When I put it back together, the A/C was not blowing cold. The button lights up and the compressor turns on though. Haven't had time to figure it out yet.
A few other little things. I can't do all the work.
Overall it's a good car and is just about there, just needs a little more to make it really nice
I'm asking $5500
Please pm or call 949-294-0695 if you have any questions
I'm located in Southern California
Thanks Tim
