Been searching cant find it anywhere online
Using self locking 10mm nuts for rear

The Bentley repair manual has torque specs for the guibo (or flexible coupling) on page 15-10. They list it depending on the size and type of bolts used:
M10 8.8 grade 46 Nm or 34 ft-lb
M10 10.9 grade 72 Nm or 53 ft-lb
M12 123 Nm or 90 ft-lb
Torque specs for the driveshaft to transmission are on page 15-9 and are the same as above
Torque specs for the driveshaft to the differential are 72 Nm or 53 ft-lb
Torque specs for the center bearing to the body are 22 Nm or 16 ft-lb. There's also a preload spec for the center bearing - it should be preloaded towards the front of the car 4 to 6 mm for driveshafts with a front U-joint or flex coupling, and 4 to 5 mm for driveshafts with a front CV joint.

And that preload Stuart mentioned is important for minimizing or eliminating vibration.
