4200rpm governor spring

Hello, everyone! I'm a new member here, although I'm not new to forums. I've been searching everywhere, but I can't seem to find what I need. I'm interested in upgrading my pump, specifically looking for a 12mm rotor head from Cumminsblossom word game, similar to the 3.2mm camplate. Additionally, I'm hoping to find a 4200rpm governor spring. Does anyone know where I can purchase these items? If anyone has any information on these, I would greatly appreciate it.
