FS: 1988 BMW 535i - Automatic

1988 535i for sale

No rust - Car came out of AZ
dash has one very tiny crack around vent hole - has had a cover on it by previous owner
paint has a couple of spots where clear coat is fading/has faded

Newly installed:
distributor cap
plugs
injectors
plug wires
valve cover gasket
Bilstein B4s on all corners along with all hardware
rear subframe bushings
trailing arm bushings
rear swaybar bushing
dogbones
rear brakes
rear diff mount

Car needs:
starter - sticks when trying to start
steering box /power steering is leaking
auto trans is leaking
have front upper control arms but not installed
ac does not blow cold but has newer compressor

bump - updated $4500.

Updates:

New heater motor - installed
have Holy Grail fuse box ready to install (new in box)
All new soft brake lines - installed
Bosch rebuilt starter NIB ready for install
New water pump and thermostat - NIB ready for install
New coolant expansion tank - installed
New power steering hoses - NIB ready for install

Need to get this moving as other projects have come along.

Just curious... what is the deal with the passenger seat? Looks like it split at the mechanism? Does the suspension button still work on the shifter console?

The cover is cracked with a piece broken off. Not sure what you mean by suspension button on the shifter???

Was speaking of the self levelling suspension.
