Intake Manifold Torque Specs

Had to pull my intake manifold to change the #6 glow plug, PO routed the harness through the manifold tubing at 5/6 and made it a PITA. But damn it feels good to be able to start the car instantly when it's cold.
Does anyone have the torque pattern and specs handy for the manifold?
I'm also wondering if anyone has a link to an EGR block plate that fits these cars. I can make one, but don't have the time anymore. The new Vette gets the attention now.

It can be done without removing the intake, or at least I was able to get mine out. Kind of a pain but not the end of the world. If you're replacing the gaskets, the new ones come as a 2 cylinders per gasket, so you only need 3. RealOEM says 6. The originals on my car were a one gasket per cylinder.
Ford manual says 14-17 lb-ft, or 20-24 N-m. They do not indicate a pattern, not sure if the BMW manual does or not. I went from the middle cylinders outward in a back and forth pattern twice. Mine at least used nuts with 12mm heads. Some were missing and so were some of the wave washers so I replaced all of them. They come in bags of a bunch from McMaster. I probably have the part number around somewhere if you need it, but its an M8 nut.
new glows do make a nice difference. 3 of mine were dead and it barely would start under about 45F. Now it will light off without any fuss in the 20s.

My harness is also routed that way - I think it's factory. I was also able to replace glow plugs without touching the manifold, but I've had the manifold off to get to the coolant hoses.
