Max boost on stock head bolts and gasket??

Hey fellas I haven't been on here in years, but I finally bought another 524td! I put a bigger turbo on, deleted egr and blocked relief valve. Before I go hammering down I want to know what the head gasket and bolts will hold before I have to get studs.. I installed an egt gauge and boost gauge. Thanks

I'm not familiar with 524td engine but for M30, it is generally suggested 8-12psi for stock parts.

The stock blow-off is somewhere around 13 psi. Probably not wise to exceed that, especially without an intercooler. Beyond that point you're just making heat anyway.
