Parts availability question. Had one of these years ago and knew a guy in upstte NY who was a tremendous resource for parts and advice. Anyone know who he is?

Also, like to see about engine parts availability in general, belts, hoses, timing belt, timing accessories, etc. Is this stuff getting impossible to find or still relatively easy?

Anyone have a timing belt tool set they want to sell?

You don't need specialty tools. This website has everything you need.

But searching ebay using the phrase m21d24 sometimes makes stuff pop up.

Search specifically enough and you'll find a forum specifying which nozzles from Mercedes diesels will work.

Thanks, unfortunately the car I was headed over to buy got snapped up by a speculator who doubled the price. Dealer wouldn't take a deposit until it was cleared by the mechanic then suddenly it is sold to someone else.
