Small tweak for the Advanced Search

When doing an Advanced Search, 99% of the time I have to change to 'Display results as' filter to 'Topics' instead of Posts. I'd wager to guess a majority of board members to the same for a better snapshot of what they are looking for.

Could I request the default setting be changed please?

Agreed.

I find searching/sorting topics more useful since a single thread may have multiple pages of information, but the context of discussion is usually very relevant to the keywords. When searching the other way, the snippet of text around the keyword is useful, but usually the entire thread is more useful.

On the other hand, I almost always search for a specific post rather than an entire thread. Most other boards have the default set to searching for threads, so I appreciate how this site is configured.
