Need some advice

I have a 1984 528e manual 5. I'm wanting to put in a turbo however I was suggested to get e30 325i cylender heads so that way by the time my turbo spools up I'm not out of revs. I'm looking to buy the new heads but I don't know exactly what year nor any extra components I need in order to install the new cylender heads with the turbo.

Id appreciate any advice possible im new to working on cars but I have picture in my head and I want to make it happen.

You can boost the stock motor and get plenty of power.
