E23 745i GARAGE SALE

My 1984 728i Turbo-conversion car has gone to my brother in New Hampshire and I'm clearing out all the spares.

I'll get pics and serial numbers over Christmas when I get into the container. But roughly I have this:

Pair of original 84 E23 black leather seats in extra-ordinary condition outside and aging inside. I swapped for black M5 seats. These seats had the really heavy sheepskins put on at delivery in Belgium in 1984 and the leather didn't see daylight or anyone's jeans until a couple years ago when I took them out of the car. Re-stuff them and they'll be really nice.

A complete early 745i motor and 3 speed auto trans with everything on a stand. Came from a wreck in Arizona. I never ran or opened it.

A complete early turbo setup for a conversion, manifolds, harness, turbo, intercooler, plumbing, etc. I think it's all there.

A good running turbo unit only, swapped out for one of the Texas hotrod turbos.

I also have 3 spare non-745i complete engines at a friend's shop. One is supposedly rebuilt. I haven't seen them for years and don't remember what they are but they came with the turbo parts.

Who knows what else. Make me non-stupid offers. I'll ask Hitman to verify sales prices. Everything's in Los Angeles area and mostly too big/heavy to ship to New Hampshire and that was my last E23. So it's all leaving.


Also, not mine, on L.A. Craigslist (parts in San Lus Obispo) there's a complete 745i head and manifolds for $250.
