NLA parts

Had the idea to start a thread with NLA (no longer available) parts and possible replacements.
For example, coolant hose 64211373181 is not available. I will have to find a replacement.

Can you make it up with bulk hose? I need new heater hoses and of course the Ford ones are different and NA. Plan is bulk hose and those spring things where needed for routing.

Maybe. I'm going to chat with a local shop that builds hydraulic and a/c hoses and see if he can do coolant hoses as well.

As an example:


This is part 64211373181, NLA. I'll have to find something close. Why they make every other hose and not this one, I don't know.
It is specific to the M21 motor in the e28 (524td).
