Trusted Turbo rebuilder in Iowa? Midwest?

I would like some trusted advice on turbo rebuilders in Midwest, or better yet Iowa.
I once heard there was a Turbo wiz on here?

Has anyone here had long term success rebuilding their own turbos?
I have turbo removed and would like it repaired in next three weeks.

Anyone have an extra doner to sell?

My Turbo is dribbling oil out the intake tube. SIde play is close to rubbing.

This is for my Vixen21 RV with 524td engine.
