How to revitalize my M21? (turbo mod)

Hi. I need your advice.

My m21 needs a change of head gasket.

I'm going to install an MLS head gasket. I have intercooler and the pump with more flow. (not maximum)

 I want to achieve the highest performance safely, without modifying the pump (+ -170hp with maximum flow I have read here)

 My question is the turbo. Now the stock works with 18 psi of pressure, I think I need something bigger to not force it.

What models do you recommend for what I'm looking for? Suitable for the power I want and easy to install.

 Recommendations or suggestions for this project are welcome.
