Can no longer access forum via Tapatalk

Since yesterday afternoon (March 29th) I have been unable to access MyE28 via the Tapatalk App. Other forums I belong to are working fine, just MyE28 is not. I am being requested to type in my username and password but when I do nothing happens. It's only MyE28 that I'm having issues with. Any ideas what might be happening?

This would appear to be an issue with our site, correct? As in, files in mye28 directory?

I get a "file not found" and "invalid thread" error.

It's not working; the forum server can't locate the post (any post) from mye28.com.

I trashed and then reloaded the app, no change.

I've deleted TapaTalk since it's not working. You get tired of dealing with crap like this.

Sorry, not coming back in the foreseeable future. Tapatalk is Chinese and their business practices are very opaque. They have poor support and forcibly enable, remove and change features with no warning whatsoever. When forum owners or administrators complain, the company displays a take it or leave it attitude. I can't trust them as a stable platform. This is on the forum side of things, where they deleted a bunch of features that were included for many years and now want want to perform a shakedown for money to get them back, thinking they have forum owners in a bind. Fuck that nonsense, so I deleted Tapatalk from the server. They used to charge users for their buggy app but now they want to shift the costs to the content owners that actually make their product exist. Bad idea, having little respect for forum owners. Sometimes they reverse their decisions but apparently not this time, so bye bye.

This is exactly what I was afraid was going to happen with Tapatalk and why it wasn't on here for many years. I am planning a software upgrade that will hopefully add a mobile layout which is easier to use and supports push notifications on the phone, tried to do it 2 months ago but there were issues. Have been too busy to sort it out the upgrade problems yet.

Justin, It's good. I get it. I removed Tapatalk when it first showed issues, one less app to worry about. Thanks for the update.
