As our contribution to 5erFest and to turbo cars in general we have decided to offer use of our wideband O2 sensor and data logger FREE of Charge. All you need to do is have a O2 sensor bung and plug added to your downpipe/exhaust. Please have it added on the bottom pointing towards the door of the car so it is easily accessible without jacking up the car.

We can also bring injectors and chips if any one is looking to upgrade. Let me know if you have any interest.

Thanks,
Todd

well, being that my car sits almost on the ground, jacking it up might be necessary to even put your hand under there. Thats one hell of a deal also for free wideband tuning. Im sure Tj and I will throw our cars on there and see what the damn things are reading.

just put TJ on the ground and drive over him so he can change the o2 sensor. Once he is done roll the car back. :D

OR -- We can NOT crush my ribs! That sounds like a better plan!! Hahaha.

I don't think I'll have the money/resources to change my O2 sensor or exhaust or anything. I'd like to get the reading but I don't think my sensor is changing locations.

Dude,

It's probably $30 to drill a hole and weld a bung on.

If you do add an O2 bung make sure it's mounted close to but in front of the cat (if you have one). Wide band O2s are sensitive to heat and will cook if too close to the turbo/manifold.

Really? I always was told that you need it closer to the turbo for the most heat and best and most accurate reading. So should we put the bung around where the exhaust tucks underneath the car -- outside of the engine bay?

So, your contribution next year is going to be a TCD kit of the winner's choice, right? :D

Todd,
I would like to take you up on your offer. I have a bung with O2 sensor that is only used for my A/F meter. What is a good time/day to be there?

Timing, rev limit and injector constant for the 36 and 42lb injectors.
